We are a small team of highly experienced professionals with a deep knowledge of telecom and technology.
We offer a limited array of IT consultancy services for telecom and technology companies looking to strengthen their business, restructure their operations, and/or expand their footprint.
We are firm believers in the primacy of sustainable competitive advantage as a driver of success, and in the role that strategy and Human Resources play in that success.
We believe that a plan is only as good as how it works in action. Therefore, any recommendation must include detailed guidelines for how to execute it.

We look at mergers and divestitures in a different way. We do not replace the big accounting firms, the due diligence specialists, or the corporate lawyers. We will take a long, hard look to see if the potential acquisition truly fits your strategy.
Over the past few years, the nature of mergers and acquisition activity has drastically changed. Previously, most mergers and acquisitions were the result of companies’ decisions to undertake horizontal or vertical integration. Companies wanted to team up with their competitors and enjoy economies of scale.
Recently, however, technology has transformed everything. So much so, that the motto and reasoning behind mergers and acquisitions has changed entirely.
No longer the strengthener of the underlying core business, mergers and acquisitions are now mechanisms which ensure your company does not get left behind.
In times of drastic change, temporary management may be necessary to execute urgent challenges, such as re-structuring. We work as an interim manager for your company.
From our own experience, certain situations are so complex and demanding that they cannot be performed by regular management. It is better when the incumbent management are not burdened by these tasks.
